Terminal 12: Ice Cream Man
My series on Bougainville has now come to an end. As usual, I’ll mark the transition with a continuation of my “Terminal” series. This one was taken way back in 2010 (had to post this one before it gets piled upon by newer photos).
He didn’t look like the typical ice cream man in my mind but there he was yelling his offer of Turkish ice cream to passengers by the duty free shops inside the busy airport terminal. But, aside from the yelling, he wasn’t too busy. I guess a smiling face under the Turkish ice cream sign would have made it more inviting.
